BOSTON, Nov. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Public Consulting Group (PCG) today announced it has acquired University Instructors, Inc., (UI) a provider of K-12 flexible learning solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. UI will join the PCG Education division of PCG.

Headquartered in Staunton, Virginia, UI delivers K-12 school support solutions in core subject areas. The company's K-12 Flexible Learning Solutions are tailored to meet a school's specific needs and are designed to increase school capacity, support the role of the classroom teacher, and assist with the delivery of content. On-site instructors are available during the school day as well as for expanded school hours, weekends, and even during scheduled breaks, giving schools a wide range of options for program implementation.
