PC Gamepad Emulator Now Available To Play Popular Virtual Reality Games On VirZOOM

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- VirZOOM, maker of VirZOOM Arcade VR exercise games designed by award-winning game development veterans and the exercise bike-based VR motion controller, today launched the VirZOOM PC Gamepad Emulator. The VirZOOM Emulator, immediately available for downloaded for free on the Steam store, lets VirZOOM customers enable their favorite VR titles for VirZOOM game play. Emulator titles complement the ever-expanding library of VirZOOM Exercise Games included with the VirZOOM VR eGame controller.

The addition of the gamepad emulator expands the range of content VirZOOM customers can use on the VirZOOM bike. 

VirZOOM's AAA development team creates specialized VR exercise games that ship with the VZ Controller. In the games you power a tank in battle, a Pegasus though a Canyon, or an Apache helicopter in a firefight, among six games that will now ship with the VZ Controller. The VZ SDK lets 3^rd party developers modify existing VR games and create entirely new VZ-enabled games. Motion controls embodied in the SDK free VR game developers to create game designs that cannot be accomplished without them.  The SDK enabled a range of motion forms that commonly cause locomotion discomfort.

The company shipped early access VirZOOM product in June via web site pre-orders for $399.95 and plans to launch via retail channels on November 1^st, 2016. The company is also engaged in ongoing discussions with potential OEM partners to deliver a range of fitness and gaming applications for its VR Exercise Game Platform.
