PayRange Strengthens Executive Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth

New executive appointments position the company to capitalize on expanding opportunities in unattended retail

PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PayRange, the North American leader in payment and software solutions for unattended retail, today announced four executive leadership appointments as the company continues to expand its operations, strengthen its capabilities, and pursue significant growth opportunities across the unattended retail industry.

The appointments follow PayRange's acquisition of KioSoft last year, which significantly expanded the company's scale, technology portfolio, and market reach. As the combined organization continues to grow, PayRange is making strategic investments in leadership to support its next phase of expansion.

The leadership appointments include:

• Charles Lee, Executive Chair: Charles, the former CEO of KioSoft, has been appointed Executive Chair after serving as Vice Chairman following the acquisition. In his expanded role, Charles will provide strategic leadership and guidance as PayRange continues to build on the strengths of the combined businesses. 
• Kiernan White, Chief Operating Officer: Kiernan joined PayRange earlier this year and leads the company's operations, with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and scaling the organization to support continued growth.
• Jeff Piszczek, Chief Revenue Officer: Jeff joins PayRange to lead the company's revenue growth strategy, expand customer relationships, and accelerate market adoption across its business segments.
• Matthew Carlson, Vice President of Marketing: Matthew will lead PayRange's marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation initiatives as the company builds greater awareness of its expanding platform and capabilities.
