MALVERN, Pa., March 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Frontline Education has added Paula Olson to its leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Olson brings significant experience across education technology and finance to her role at Frontline.

Olson brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience to Frontline Education's leadership team, including extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Frontline this January, Olson spent nine years as managing director and head of education technology and services, investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities. There, she launched the education technology and services practice and established Wells Fargo as one of the most active education-related investment banking practices on Wall Street.
Olson's other experience includes serving as vice president in consumer and retail investment banking at Banc of America Securities and working in an accounting role at Bank of Boston. Olson has also spent time as a Peace Corps volunteer, devoting her time with the Corps in Zimbabwe to business development projects.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Providence College, a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Olson brings her expertise to a leadership team that has an average of 30 years' experience in human capital management and education technology. She is the most recent addition to an executive team that includes Tim Clifford, CEO; Anthony Marzulli, CMO/CSO; Bill Bergen, CTO; Frank Tait, senior vice president – product; and Jim Catalino, senior vice president – Sales & Service.
