Paul Steiger of ProPublica to Speak at NPC Luncheon on Tuesday, June 15

WASHINGTON, June 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The speaker for the National Press Club luncheon on Tuesday, June 15 will be Paul Steiger, Editor-in-Chief, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ProPublica, and former Managing Editor of The Wall Street Journal. ProPublica, a new media venture funded by foundation money, was recently honored to receive a Pulitzer Prize for its investigative reporting.

The luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. Mr. Steiger's speech (followed by Q&A) begins at 1 p.m. The event will conclude at 2 p.m.
