MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) today announced it has appointed Paul E. Levi as senior vice president, Investor Relations. Levi will lead the company's investor relations efforts and serve as the primary point of contact with the investment community. He will work out of SAIC's McLean, Va., headquarters office, and will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Mark W. Sopp.
Levi has held key financial positions at SAIC since joining the company in 1986. He was most recently senior vice president and group chief financial officer for the Information Technology and Network Solutions Group, a team of more than 9,000 professionals serving customers in federal and commercial markets. During his career with SAIC, Levi served in a range of senior business operations positions, including deputy business unit general manager, sector controller and contracts manager. He has also been instrumental in SAIC's international work, leading the successful negotiation of contracts with international energy customers and the acquisition of Scicom Technologies, an India-based provider of onsite and offshore information technology solutions. Before joining SAIC, Levi held positions with the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and Computer Sciences Corporation.
