Kelly has over 25 years of experience in managing and growing high technology businesses. Most recently, he served as President of machine vision solutions provider Microscan, and prior to that he headed Particle Measuring Systems, a maker of laser-based particle measuring instruments for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Kelly holds an MS in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from Wharton.
