NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Junior Achievement of New York (JA New York) announced that two new members were elected to its Board of Directors. Joining the Board are Paul Griggs, Partner, PwC, and Tyler Spalding, Director of Corporate Affairs, PayPal. Since 1929, JA New York has worked to provide K-12 students from New York City, Long Island, and the Lower Hudson Valley with the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices.
Paul Griggs is a Partner at PwC with over 20 years of experience working with the firm's largest global financial services clients. Paul recently relocated from the UK, where he was an audit partner for significant clients in the UK firm. Previously, Paul led PwC's US Financial Services Assurance practice. Paul received his Master's in accounting from Wake Forest University.
Tyler Spalding is Director of Corporate Affairs at PayPal, where he drives integration and collaboration across PayPal's global Communications, Government Relations and Social Innovation efforts. Tyler studied at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and serves as an advisor of several organizations and initiatives.
