Paul Fossati Joins Sycamore Partners as Managing Director

NEW YORK, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sycamore Partners today announced that Paul Fossati has joined the firm as a Managing Director.  In this role, Mr. Fossati will serve as Director of Capital Markets and will be responsible for all financings for new investments and for the firm's portfolio companies.  He will also be responsible for managing the firm's relationships with financing sources.

Mr. Fossati was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in its Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Group, where he was head of both the consumer-retail and financial sponsor verticals.  Mr. Fossati has 20 years of capital markets experience, including nearly nine years at Morgan Stanley, as well as previous positions in leveraged finance and investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.  Mr. Fossati received his undergraduate degree in finance from the Wharton School of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a JD from Harvard Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude.
