Paul Allegretti Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Managing Director of Asset Services, East Region
Mr. Allegretti to Lead Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services Efforts in Eastern U.S.
CHICAGO, Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cushman & Wakefield, announced today that Paul Allegretti has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director of Asset Services for the U.S. East Region. Mr. Allegretti joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where he was Senior Managing Director of Investor Services, responsible for managing the firm's Tri-State portfolio which grew to approximately 70 million feet.
Mr. Allegretti is charged with accelerating the growth of Cushman & Wakefield's East Region portfolio and will focus on growing the portfolio in states east of the Rocky Mountains (excluding Tri-State and Texas). This portfolio currently totals more than 361 million square feet. Paul will also partner with the Asset Services leader for the New York Tri-State region to continue to grow this world class market.
He will partner with key local and business line leaders including capital markets, agency leasing, project management and tenant representation to build and expand client relationships and customer market share. Additionally, he will work with his counterparts in the Tri-State and West regions to ensure consistent client service delivery across geographies. Mr. Allegretti is based in New York and reports to Marla Maloney, President, Asset Services, Americas, and Shawn Mobley, President, East Region.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Allegretti was Vice President of Asset Services for Shorenstein Realty Services, overseeing the firm's MetLife portfolio, and earlier in his career, he served as a property manager for Sumitomo Realty & Development Corp. and Edward S. Gordon Co. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned a M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.
