Paul A. Ainsworth Joins Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox as Of Counsel
IP Specialty Firm Bolsters Litigation Practice Group with Lateral Appointment
WASHINGTON, Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C. (SKGF), an intellectual property law firm in Washington, DC, announced today the addition of Paul A. Ainsworth as Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Ainsworth concentrates his practice in the area of patent litigation. He has represented clients in patent cases in federal courts and before the United States International Trade Commission in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, electronics, and e-commerce industries. He has extensive experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry in litigation arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
After law school, Mr. Ainsworth served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sue L. Robinson, United States District Judge, District of Delaware. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior associate in the Washington DC office of Covington & Burling LLP.
In 2011, the National LGBT Bar Association named Mr. Ainsworth one of the "Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40" in recognition of both his accomplishments as a patent litigator and his achievements on behalf of a number of civil rights organizations.
Mr. Ainsworth earned his J.D. from The College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
