WASHINGTON, July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Patton Boggs LLP has been recognized as one of the top three law firms to work for in the United States, according to the latest Vault.com survey of law firm associates.  The annual Best Law Firms to Work For ranks law firms based on associate satisfaction with the workplace experience. This is the third time in six years that Patton Boggs has ranked in the top ten firms overall.

To develop the ranking, Vault.com surveys associates at U.S. based law firms on a range of elements, including formal and informal training, firm culture, compensation and hours. Another consideration is pro bono work, an area in which Patton Boggs ranked #1 in this year's survey and has ranked in the top five every year since 2008.
