Patriot National Insurance Group Announces Changes to Claims Management Leadership Team

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot National Insurance Group announced today that Carol Azzarito has joined its team as Western Regional Claims Manager and Alison LePore has been promoted to Southeast Regional Claims Manager.  Ms. Azzarito will manage Patriot's workers' compensation claims organization responsible for the states of California, Hawaii, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Texas. Ms. LePore will manage Patriot's workers' compensation claims organization responsible for the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Before joining Patriot National, Ms. Azzarito was CIGA Manager at Xchanging. Ms. Azzarito also has held claims management positions at Frank Gates Service Company, Keenan & Associates, and Kemper Insurance Company.  She is a graduate of Barclay College and has earned Paralegal Certification.  

Ms. LePore joined Patriot National Insurance Group in 2005 as a claims adjuster and was promoted to claims supervisor in 2007.  Prior to joining Patriot National, Ms. LePore managed claims at MAC Risk Management, United Self Insured Services, and CNA.  She is Board Certified in workers' compensation and litigation.  She also holds licensure in multiple jurisdictions including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama.
