ST. LOUIS, Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) today announced that Patriot Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Mark N. Schroeder will speak at the 2010 Citi North American Credit Conference at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan in New York on Wednesday, November 17.
