Patriot Coal Receives Mountaineer Guardian Safety Award at Campbell's Creek Complex
ST. LOUIS, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) today announced that a highly respected Mountaineer Guardian Safety Award has been presented to the Campbell's Creek No. 7 mine, an underground mining operation in the Campbell's Creek complex near Charleston, West Virginia.
Mountaineer Guardian Safety Awards are presented each year by the West Virginia Coal Association to mining operations that demonstrate a commitment to operational safety.
