Patrick M. Mahady Joins Cassidy Turley's Government Services Group in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that Patrick Mahady has joined the company's Government Services Group in Washington, DC. 

Mr. Mahady joins the firm with nearly three decades of brokerage experience.  He has established himself as an industry leader in Federal Government leasing for private sector building owners.  Beginning with the 150,000 square foot Bond Building lease to the Department of Justice in 1984, he has completed over 40 full building transactions and 12 million square feet of leases to the Federal Government.  Mr. Mahady helped create this specialized area of leasing, which now comprises over 53 million square feet of space in the DC metro area.
