WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Jan. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- LNK Partners, a private equity firm focused on the consumer/retail sector, today announced that Patrick J. Boroian has joined the firm as a Partner focused on business development.
Pat has more than 20 years of private equity investment experience. Prior to joining LNK, Pat spent more than 10 years as a Partner at Brockway Moran & Partners, where he led the firm's business development activities.
Before joining Brockway Moran, he served as a General Partner at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's venture capital affiliate, the Sprout Group, and as a Managing Director at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners.
Pat started his private equity career at Odyssey Partners where he served as head of business development. He also spent eight years in domestic and international franchise development and consulting, mostly with consumer and retail businesses.
Pat previously served on the Board of Directors of Air Medical Group Holdings and Skolniks Bagel Bakery. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and an MBA from DePaul University.
