Boisclair, GreenPath's community engagement manager for the Southeast United States, is retiring after more than 38 years in the credit counseling business. Boisclair's former CCCS of Middle Georgia organization merged into GreenPath in 2014.
"Pat has been a champion of non-profit credit counseling and financial education for nearly four decades," said Donna McNeill, GreenPath interim president and CEO. "On behalf of our nearly 500 employees, we thank him for his dedication and leadership. He should be proud of a great career."
Locally, Boisclair was a leader in helping to reduce consumer debt in Georgia. In 1977, he assumed leadership of CCCS of Middle Georgia in Macon. In recent years, he expanded operations to serve more Georgia consumers by adding offices in Warner Robins and Augusta.

"Patrick Boisclair has been a devoted advocate for our mission through his past work as chairman of the NFCC's board of trustees and as CEO of CCCS of Middle Georgia," said NFCC president Susan Keating. "While his leadership and vision will be missed, his many contributions will continue to improve the lives of consumers for generations to come."
Boisclair continues to serve on the board of directors at the Better Business Bureau of Central Georgia & the CSRA. In the past, he served as a board or committee member of the Renaissance Housing Corporation (Macon), United Way of Central Georgia, Entrepreneurial and Employment Training Center (Macon), and the New Beginnings Program at the Macon Vocational Technical Institute.
