Patients Honor Dr. Brian Johnson for Compassion

DAKOTA DUNES, S.D., May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Patients' Choice has announced that Dr. Brian Johnson was one of a select few physicians honored with the prestigious 2012 Compassionate Doctor Certification.

Each year, nearly 100 million patients across the U.S. access websites like Vitals, UCompareHealthCare, and Patients' Choice to provide feedback about experiences with their physicians.

Dr. Brian Johnson received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Brown University graduating with honors. He attended the University of Texas, Houston School of Medicine where he graduated in the top 2% of his class. Dr. Johnson later completed his residency training at the University of Utah and completed a Sports Medicine fellowship in San Diego. He also had the opportunity to study cartilage reconstructive procedures at the Rizzoli Institute in Italy and has published several scientific papers on this and other sports medicine related topics.
