(PSI) honored several members of Congress and patient advocate, Marcia Boyle, of the Immune Deficiency Foundation at a reception in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.  This important event highlighted the access and affordability challenges facing patients with rare, chronic conditions.
