HAMPTON, Va., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is pleased to announce the receipt of a contribution from the Promise Circle of the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation that will have direct and immediate impact for our nation's youth dealing with cancer. As a measure of confidence in the high-quality individualized case management services provided to children in need the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation is providing assistance geared to help PAF alleviate healthcare challenges faced by children and their families across the nation.

Core to the mission of Jeff Gordon's Children Foundation is a commitment to improve access to needed medical treatment for children and bolster the family support programs that improve a patients quality of life during treatment. PAF has a proven history of providing quality services to chronically ill children and their families in which its professional case managers successfully resolve complex issues that frequently obscure access to medical services. "By alleviating common hurdles faced by many families of children with cancer, including those issues surrounding insurance and financial debt crisis, PAF and Jeff Gordon's Children's Foundation are working to improve access and ensure no child is prevented from getting care, " stated Beth Patterson, President of Mission Delivery for PAF.
