Pathway Energy Infrastructure Fund Declares Distributions for April through June 2016

NEW YORK, April 07, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pathway Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. ("Pathway" or the "Fund") announced today a series of distributions with weekly record dates and payable monthly to the stockholders of record as of the close of business each week from April 1, 2016 through June 24, 2016. The declared distributions equal a weekly amount of $0.01726 per share of common stock.

• Distributions for the April 1 through April 29 record dates will be paid on or around May 2, 2016.
• Distributions for the May 6 through May 27 record dates will be paid on or around May 31, 2016.
• Distributions for the June 3 through June 24 record dates will be paid on or around June 27, 2016.
