CLEVELAND, March 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Maria L. Cedroni has joined the Cleveland office of McDonald Hopkins as an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Cedroni joins McDonald Hopkins after nearly nine years at a Boston-area intellectual property firm where she handled all aspects of intellectual property for clients. She has substantial patent prosecution knowledge in the area of life sciences, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and has prosecuted trademark applications and drafted documents filed with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Cedroni has extensive experience in all stages of patent litigation, including drafting of complaints, managing fact and expert discovery, preparing witnesses for and conducting depositions, and drafting briefs and motions.
Cedroni received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law. She earned a Masters of Science in Genetics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Macalester College.
