Partners Capital Solution Provides $8,000,000 Line of Credit to FMB Development, LLC

CALABASAS, Calif., Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Partners Capital Solutions has provided FMB Development, LLC. (FMB) with an $8,000,000 line of credit. The loan was created to expedite FMB's rapid purchases of underutilized and outdated residential properties.

FMB's main focus is re-entitling and reselling underutilized residential properties to builders in a development-ready state. Ilan Kenig, founder and CEO of FMB has assembled a team of professionals to accomplish the required entitlements. FMB specializes in acquiring properties in desirable areas such as West Hollywood and Venice.
