HOUSTON, March 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkway, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) announced today that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at San Felipe Plaza, 5847 San Felipe Street, Houston, Texas 77057, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM Central Time. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, March 24, 2017.
