Parks Canada and PSAC sign their new collective agreement
GATINEAU, QC, April 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Parks Canada Chief Executive Officer, Alan Latourelle, today announced that the new Collective Agreement between the Parks Canada Agency and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has been officially signed yesterday and is now in effect. These successful negotiations with PSAC bring increased certainty to all Parks Canada team members, and to our partners, stakeholders and visitors.
"Parks Canada appreciates very much the respectful and constructive relationship it has with the PSAC," said CEO Latourelle. "Both teams of negotiators are to be commended for their leadership in achieving a collective agreement that is fair to both our team members and the Canadians taxpayers."
