- Elizabeth Parks, a 20+year employee and currently Senior Vice President, is promoted to President of Parks Associates;
- Jennifer Kent, Director of Research Quality and Product Development, is promoted to Senior Director;
- Tom Kerber, Senior Director of IoT Strategy, will lead Parks Associates Custom Research services;
- Denise Ernst joins the firm as Vice President.
