Park West Gallery Launches "Behind The Artist" Podcast

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Park West Gallery, the world's largest art dealer, has launched a new podcast—"Behind the Artist"—which offers an authentic look at what it takes to create and thrive in the contemporary art world.

Park West Gallery Director Morris Shapiro is the host of the "Behind the Artist" podcast. In each episode, he sits down with one of today's most popular visual artists for a candid conversation about their lives and careers. Episodes of "Behind the Artist" will feature regular in-depth discussions with artists such as Guy Harvey, Romero Britto, Michael Godard, Duaiv, Patrick Guyton, and more.

Morris Shapiro has been the Gallery Director for Park West Gallery for over 35 years. He studied at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and previously worked at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and Chicago's Merrill Chase Galleries.
