Paragon Micro Hires Jeff Richards as Director of Services

LAKE ZURICH, Ill., Feb. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Micro today announced that Jeff Richards has joined the company as Director of Services, a new position.  His hiring is one of the more visible aspects of a strategic commitment by Paragon Micro to expand the breadth and depth of services and solutions it currently offers.

Prior to joining Paragon, Jeff was the Executive Vice President – Professional Services for Call One, a Chicago-based provider of business telecommunications services.  Before that, he held Director roles in Solutions Architecture, Microsoft Practice, and Services for MTM Technologies, a national provider of IT solutions and services.  Jeff had been a Sr. Systems Consultant and Technical Account Manager for Vector ESP for five years prior to its acquisition by MTM Technologies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
