She was also the attorney hiring and professional development manager for the west coast at Axiom, and a recruiter for Major, Lindsey & Africa. Before her transition to recruiting, Garhart worked in IP and litigation for several prestigious law firms, including Cooley Godward, LLP and Loeb & Loeb, LLP. She graduated with a B.A. in psychology from UCLA and earned her J.D. at the University of Chicago.
