MARKSVILLE, La., April 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Scott W. Clark has been named at Director of Food and Beverage at Paragon Casino Resort.
Clark, a New Jersey native, brings to Paragon nearly 30 years of management experience in the hotel and food and beverage industries. Prior to his appointment at Paragon, Clark was a food and beverage executive at several Atlantic City properties, including Caesars Entertainment and the Claridge Hotel. From 2006 - 2014, Clark was Vice President of Food and Beverage at Colony Capital, overseeing culinary operations at the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel.
"I started out as a busboy at Bally's in Atlantic City, and I worked my way up through the ranks," Clark said. "The Atlantic City market has been gradually declining in recent years, so when the opportunity to work at Paragon was presented to me, I happily accepted it."
Clark is enthusiastic about Paragon's future. "I look forward to working toward realizing the great potential of this property," he said.
"We are adding wonderful talent," said Paragon Executive Vice President and General Manager Michael J. Frawley.
