DENVER, Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sounds Local, a new web series from Parachute, the editorial division of MapQuest, recently launched with its first two cities. In this one-of-a-kind online series, a variety of artists from across the country bring fans into their favorite cities including Portland, San Diego, Minneapolis, Athens, Kansas City and Philadelphia.

It's Time to #MapQuestIt, Again. MapQuest's latest launches include a reimagined mobile Web and desktop experience, a redesigned mobile application integrating Uber and car2go* and a new brand featuring a fresh brand position.
