Panopto Selected by University of Washington and Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges for Campus-Wide Deployments
SEATTLE, June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Panopto, a leading video platform provider for enterprise and education, today announced its video capture and management software has been selected by University of Washington (UW) for campus-wide deployment, and by the Washington State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) for statewide deployment across 33 campuses.
UW and SBCTC, with 43,000 and nearly 400,000 students, respectively, will use Panopto's video platform to flip their classrooms, record lectures, create faculty training, live stream campus events, and more. With Panopto, these institutions will increase the reach and flexibility of their curricula, providing an innovative blended learning environment that improves the academic experience for students across the state.
