ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- PAE continues decades of service to the military by winning a $23 million, 5-year contract to continue critical instructional training support for the Navy at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, California. For over 32 years, PAE has provided support to the Navy to teach sailors critical job functions of expeditionary warfare.
With military vessels and classes taught by highly experienced personnel, the PAE team at NAB Coronado works year-round to ready sailors for a wide range of support roles and wartime action. Sailors train in both the classroom and on open water to carry out critical missions.
"PAE is the only company that has the equipment the Navy requires to give sailors the experiential learning they need to know their jobs in times of war," said John Heller, PAE CEO. "We're committed to working hand in hand with the Navy to develop courses that give sailors real-world experience. Because we have both instructional expertise and the actual equipment these men and women will use on the job, we create a learning lab like no other."
