Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. Ramps-up New Nature-Cide Division
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc.'s (Symbol: PSHR) Founder, Matthew Mills, today revealed that Pacific Shore Holdings, Inc. ("Pacific Shore") has been accelerating the ramp-up of the Company's Nature-Cide Service Division. Pacific Shore continues to remain positioned at the forefront of developments in the green products sector. The recent results from test marketing and initial product roll-out have convinced Management and the Board of Directors to make a strategic decision to move at full speed to accelerate revenue growth through its Nature-Cide products and Pest Management Services Division.

PSHR Pacific Shore is diversified around four product groups -- Nature-Cide, Thermal-Aid, Home Spa and Energy-X -- each developing and marketing high quality, naturally based products.
The Nature-Cide product is an all-natural pesticide, insecticide and repellent that is formulated from 100% natural essential oils. It is non-toxic to humans, pets, livestock, and plant life.
The Nature-Cide product line is receiving accelerated strategic emphasis because it exhibits traits that portend high growth potential, and the configuration of the Division is expected to generate robust profit margins.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Malibu, Santa Barbara and other coastal regions in California are considering moves to non-toxic -- to humans, pets and livestock -- pest management protocols. The City of Malibu is layering in these changes in several stages, first of which is to ban toxic insecticides from public buildings and offices, then from schools, and perhaps eventually from application within city limits. Much of what happens in California migrates to other states and regions in short order.
Nature-Cide's development has included a specially outfitted truck for the application of spraying of homes and estates in Malibu, Agoura, Calabasas and other residential areas for Rattlesnake Prevention. Originally conceived as a high-profile marketing technique solely to increase visibility and name recognition of the product line, where in reality, the mobile application truck has been a marketing tour de force and has resulted in much higher growth statistics than anticipated, as many homeowners continue to sign up for the service on a regularly scheduled basis.
To meet this pent-up market demand, Pacific Shore is taking the appropriate steps moving forward to develop and operate as a licensed pest management entity in 2014. Certain personnel, including senior management, are being designated to undergo the state level training and testing necessary to become licensed applicators. The Company is expecting to develop and grow this Division into a full-fledged pest control entity.
In addition to the pest management application process, Nature-Cide is also being marketed in hand-applicators for the "Do it Yourself" market as well as other targeted applications which cover a vast variety of pest problems that homeowners encounter.
