Pacific Prime Pleased as Integra Global Continue to Make Positive Developments
Pacific Prime, a leading provider of international health insurance, is pleased to report that the latest developments from Integra Global will enhance an already attractive plan profile.
HONG KONG, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Prime, a leading provider of international health insurance, is pleased to report that the latest developments from Integra Global will enhance an already attractive plan profile to customers.
Pacific Prime has developed a strong relationship with Integra Global since 2010, mainly due to the insurer's positive record of quality customer service, claims handling performance and premium management.
Already a strong brand in the South East Asia region, Integra Global continue to expand their services and Pacific Prime clients based in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand will now benefit from an expanded direct settlement network. This has been made possible thanks to Integra's relationship with Medilink Global in Malaysia and now, all Pacific Prime Integra policyholders in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Macau and Malaysia will be incorporated into Medilink's central system and will be able to use one single policy card for a seamless claims settlement.
Integra Global strives to offer all the benefits of a global health insurance plan but with the convenience of a local plan to clients. Staying true to their values, Integra will soon offer locally fronted options for individual and corporate clients in the Middle East. Pacific Prime believes developments in the Middle East region are critical for growth in the current market and so views Integra's decision as a positive move in the right direction.
Neil Raymond, CEO of Pacific Prime commented: "... for focused players with a good service track record such as Integra Global, opportunities in the Middle East are bigger than anywhere else".
Policyholders should also note the changes that Integra Global are making to handle the new EU Gender Directive put in motion this month. The new directive no longer allows EU based plans to price policies based on gender and will undoubtedly impact many insurers and their policies but Integra Global are providing unique options to overcome this possible hurdle.
Four new plans have been developed that separate the focus on individuals and families respectively so policy premiums will hopefully remain balanced with plan benefits and Pacific Prime believes this will add to Integra's competitive edge in the market.
