Pacific Continental Revises Shareholder Record Date
Quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on September 3, 2010.
EUGENE, Ore., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Continental Corporation (Nasdaq: PCBK), the holding company of Pacific Continental Bank, today announced a correction to its previously stated shareholder record date for the third quarter dividend payment - the correct shareholder record date is September 3, 2010. The correct information is as follows: Pacific Continental Corporation's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share payable September 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on September 3, 2010. The $0.01 per share dividend is unchanged from the company's June 2010 dividend payment.
As with all of Pacific Continental's dividends, the board reviews a broad range of balance sheet and other performance metrics, including recent and prospective operating performance, the level of accumulated retained earnings, payout ratios, loan concentrations and other company-wide risks, and competitive yield assessments.
Pacific Continental's board will continue to review dividend considerations so that cash dividends, when and if declared, will typically be paid in March, June, September and December of each year.
