PA Human Relations Commission Dismisses Age Discrimination Complaint Against York County Electronics Manufacturer

HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission issued an order today dismissing an age discrimination complaint filed by Yakov Belopolsky, of Harrisburg, against his former employer, FCI USA Inc., an electronics manufacturer based in Goldsboro, York County.

Belopolsky filed a complaint against FCI USA Inc., alleging that it had discharged him because of his age. After a public hearing, the commission found that Belopolsky had not produced sufficient evidence to support his claim.
