Oxford Property Group and Titan Real Estate Merge
NEW YORK, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Property Group, LLC announced today that it has merged with Titan Real Estate Group, Inc., owner of the Hecht Group brokerage. The combined company will operate under the Oxford Property Group name.
With over 400 agents based out of its Midtown Manhattan office, Oxford ranks for the first time as one of New York City's top ten largest brokerages.
"We are attracting more and more agents due to our substantial investments in marketing, online technology, and work space," said Oxford co-founder Adam Mahfouda. "The Titan agents will benefit from these resources, and Oxford will thrive with these talented agents on board."
"The economies of scale will be a win-win for everyone," said Oded Hecht, who founded the Titan division of the Hecht Group in 1997. "This merger will allow Titan agents to close more deals while joining a dynamic and growing brand," he said. Hecht will serve as a Senior Manager and Business Development Officer for the combined company.
"Oded's experience and network of relationships will enlarge our exclusive listings," said Oxford co-founder Greg Harden. "His agents are highly accomplished and will serve as a valuable asset for our growth."
To accommodate the wave of new agents, Oxford is expanding the entirety of its 5000 square foot office at 286 Fifth Avenue.
"This merger is part of our sequenced growth strategy. We are actively pursuing other opportunities," said Mahfouda. "Stay tuned."
