Oxford Properties to venture with Westbrook Partners and Atlas Capital Group on St. John's Terminal Redevelopment
The development agreement provides for the mixed use redevelopment of 5 acre Manhattan site
NEW YORK, Sept. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Oxford Properties Group, the real estate arm of the OMERS pension fund, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Westbrook Partners and Atlas Capital Group for the redevelopment of the St. John's Terminal site ("the Site") in New York City. The 5 acre site is located in the Hudson Square submarket of Midtown South and is entitled for a commercial and residential redevelopment. Oxford will lead the commercial development and Westbrook and Atlas will continue to lead the residential development. The Site is located on Manhattan's west side and features almost 850 feet of Hudson River frontage.
