Oxford Finance Provides $21.5 Million Debt Financing Facility to Pali Corporation
ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Finance LLC ("Oxford"), a specialty finance firm that provides senior debt to life sciences and healthcare services companies, today announced that it closed a $20 million senior secured term loan and a $1.5 million revolving line of credit with Pali Corporation. Proceeds of the loan are being used to refinance the company's existing debt and for working capital to support its two skilled nursing facilities in Hawaii.
