Oxford Finance Provides $14.5 Million Debt Financing Facility to Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview for Skilled Nursing Facility Acquisition

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Finance LLC ("Oxford"), a specialty finance firm that provides senior debt to life sciences and healthcare services companies, today announced the closing of a $14.5 million senior secured term loan with Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview. Proceeds of the loan were used to purchase Oceanview Center for Rehabilitation, a 120-bed facility providing both short and long term care services, located in Ocean View, New Jersey.
