ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Oxford Finance Corporation (Oxford), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, today announced that it closed a $20 million senior credit facility with Ligand Pharmaceuticals. The funds are being used to acquire CyDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company.
