Overton Moore Properties Acquires OMP Painter Commerce Center
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif., Feb. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Overton Moore Properties (OMP) is excited to announce the acquisition of OMP Painter Commerce Center, a two building industrial project located in the Mid-Counties submarket in the city of Santa Fe Springs, CA. The buildings total 214,614 square feet and are situated on individual parcels that total 8.9 acres. OMP is already underway with a major renovation that will transform the property into an attractive, multi-tenant property with modern features and dock high loading.
