Overstock.com Wins Gold Stevie® Award for Company of the Year; CEO Patrick M. Byrne Wins Executive of the Year

SALT LAKE CITY, June 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSTK), today announced it has won a Gold Stevie Award for Company of the Year-Retail and its CEO, Patrick M. Byrne has won Executive of the Year-Retail. Winners were announced at the 10th Annual American Business Awards held on Monday, June 18.

Overstock.com's Worldstock Fair Trade Department was a silver award winner in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year-Up to 2,500 Employees. Overstock.com's Stormy Simon, senior vice president of customer care, was a bronze winner in the Customer Service Executive of the Year category. In 2011, Overstock.com was awarded Best Overall Company of the Year with Byrne Winning Executive of the Year.
