Over 330 Vehicles Available for Purchase During Final Commonwealth Vehicle Auction of 2016
HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The final commonwealth vehicle auction of 2016 will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2016 at 10 a.m., at the Manheim Keystone Auto Auction located at 488 Firehouse Road in Grantville, Dauphin County. More than 330 automobiles, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and other types of vehicles will be available for public purchase.
The public can conduct an in-person inspection of vehicles they are interested in at the auction site beginning Friday, December 2 through Monday, December 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Attorney General seized units include: 2010 Honda Insight, 2006 BMW, 530 XI, 2006 Buick LaCrosse, 2006 Ford Mustang, 2005 Mercedes Benz CLK 500, 2004 Honda Accord, 2004 Nissan Altima, 2001 Nissan Maxima and 2000 Jaguar S-Type. Motorcycles from manufacturers such as Kawasaki and Suzuki will also be available.
A selection of sedans, pick-up trucks, SUVs and utility vehicles no longer used by state agencies from manufacturers such as Chevy, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Jeep, and Pontiac.
All revenue generated from the sale of these vehicles is returned to the commonwealth.
The auction will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6. Registration opens at 8 a.m. and closes at noon. Buyers may purchase with cash or certified funds in the form of money orders, cashier's checks, certified checks or bank checks – all made payable to "Manheim Central Penn Auto Auction."
