(NASDAQ: OUTD) today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2012 after the close of regular trading hours on Tuesday, August 7, 2012.  Management will host its regular quarterly investor conference call at 2:30 p.m. PDT (5:30 p.m. EDT) on the same day to review the Company's financial performance.
