TAMPA, Fla., June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Outback Steakhouse® is giving discerning diners the power to customize their meal with new "Create Your Own Steak Dinner" options. Now through June 26, guests will get more bang for their buck with a customizable menu, starting at just $11.99*, allowing them to enjoy their choice of a steak and a perfect pairing item with a dressed baked potato.

Those who take advantage of the "Create Your Own" meal will have their choice from four signature steaks including a 6oz., 9oz or 12oz Outback Special® sirloin and the 6oz. Victoria's Filet. From there, they can customize their dining experience by choosing one of three pairing options, including Coconut Shrimp, Grilled Chicken on the Barbie, or the crowd-pleasing Crab Cakes. A dressed baked potato completes the meal. Loyal Outback fans, of course, can still order all their favorite Outback dishes, including the Wood-Fire Grilled Pork Chop or the mouth-watering Ribs & Chicken on the Barbie.
