ORPHEUM Announces New Management Team

MANDEVILLE, La., Apr. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ORPHEUM Property, Inc. (OTC: PLFF), a diversified public company, with interests in the hospitality industry, coffee and food products, property development, and other markets, has announced changes in the leadership team that will be growing ORPHEUM in its multiple markets of business activity.

Jeffrey B. Montalbano was appointed Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), by action of the Board on March 23, 2015.  Mr. Montalbano has an extensive background in executive management in a diversity of business environments that have given him the experience needed to achieve proven results, utilizing creativity, leadership and teamwork to design and execute solutions to make a company perform.  His effective administrative and managerial experience in budgeting, personnel development, supervision, asset management, commodity sales, construction, facility management, contracts, sales and marketing, make up the skill set that will make him the right person to take ORPHEUM to new levels of success.  See below for a detailed 'Bio' on Mr. Montalbano.

Frank J. D'Amico, Jr. was appointed to the Board of Directors on March 24, 2015.  Mr. D'Amico founded The Law Offices of Frank D'Amico, Jr., in 1986.   Mr. D'Amico, an accomplished attorney and business man, is a graduate of Loyola University and a life-long resident of New Orleans.  Through his headquarters in New Orleans, his firm represents clients from all over the United States who have been injured through the careless or intentional actions of another person and/or product.  See below for a detailed 'Bio' on Mr. D'Amico.

Shawn Rogers was appointed to the Board of Directors on March 24, 2015.  Mr. Rogers is founder of the Rogers Law Firm, a diversified law firm with a strong practice in corporate and business law arena.  Mr. Rogers and his firm have counseled clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and agreements with substantial aggregate transaction values.  His firm assists clients in developing corporate strategies that allow them to stay ahead of the competition.  See below for a detailed 'Bio' on Mr. Rogers.

Prior management of the Company resigned from their officer and direct positions, effective March 23, 2015, thus providing the new leadership of ORPHEUM a new and fresh opportunity to grow the company.

BIO - JEFFREY B. MONTALBANO

Jeffrey B. Montalbano – OPRHEUM's newly appointed Chairman, CEO and CFO, has an extensive background in executive management in a diversity of business environments that have given him the experience needed to achieve proven results, utilizing creativity, leadership and teamwork to design and execute solutions to make a company perform.  His effective administrative and managerial experience in budgeting, personnel development, supervision, asset management, commodity sales, construction, facility management, contracts, sales and marketing, make up the skill set that will make him the right person to take ORPHEUM to new levels of success. 

Mr. Montalbano served as President and CFO of JBM Oil Sales Corporation since 2007, an independent oil company that served clients throughout Southern Louisiana.  During this time, he also bought and sold all commodities throughout the world and provided funding for numerous projects and assisted many companies with needs to raise working/growth capital. 

From July 2013 to March 2015, Mr. Montalbano worked in the 22ND District Justice Center (DA's Office) in Mandeville, LA, and served as an Investigator/Manager for the Head of Domestic Violence.  He worked directly with the ADA on all cases of Domestic Violence in St. Tammany and Washington Parish, and would follow through on all cases in court to conviction. 

Prior to his position with the District Justice Center, Mr. Montalbano was Managing Partner of JBM Equity Partners LLC, an Asset Management Company he founded in January 2009, to liquidate assets for a regional bank in the Florida Panhandle. Administered and oversaw $150M in real estate assets in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida. 

Mr. Montalbano served as President of Able Building Company, Inc., a commercial and residential construction business, from October 1991 to July 2007.  He was a State Licensed General Contractor and was in charge of all operations, constructed over 500 commercial and residential projects.  He developed numerous residential and commercial developments in Southern Louisiana, Florida and Alabama prior to selling the company in 2007.

From 1989 to mid-2005 Mr. Montalbano served as General Manager of the ORPHEUM Theater, New Orleans, an entertainment business that was quite successful until Katrina New Orleans and the ORPHEUM Theater. 

Mr. Montalbano's educational credentials include: HSMA (Continuing Education 15 years); State of Louisiana Board of Contractors (Continuing Education 25 years); Dale Carnegie Management Training; and Southeastern University, Hammond, Louisiana.

BIO - FRANK J. D'AMICO, JR.

Frank J.
