Orlando Hooters Locations Raise Money for the MDA to Send Children to Camp
Orlando Airport to Host "Treadmill Challenge" on Wednesday, September 15 in Support of Cause
ATLANTA, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 15 the Hooters of Orlando Airport will be hosting a "Treadmill Challenge" to raise money for the MDA. From 11 AM until midnight on Wednesday Jeff Spraker, Hooters General Manager, will be remain on a treadmill positioned outside the restaurant to raise money and awareness for the cause. Every hour he will be accompanied by a Hooters Girl running on a second treadmill next to him during the event.
This is part of a larger fundraising effort to help send children to camp through the MDA. In just 3 weeks, Hooters has raised over $40,000 total toward the cause, already exceeding the amount raised last year, with still a week to go. Hooters throughout the southwest are hosting fundraising events and selling $5 MDA football cards, which include a $5 coupon offer for guests.
